hello. i have made a deposit of 36 eur to bitwin casino 1.5 weeks ago using bitcoin. the money hasn't arrived to my casino account. casino support just telling me to wait.so i have decided to submit a complaint here. i have screenshots of transaction and bitcoin address. i see that there are more people experiencing same problem with bitwin casino.

casino guru please help me to contact bitwin representative to give an explanation and time frame when i will recieve my deposit. thank you

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Deposit was made from crypto wallet. I am using it for for few years without any problems. It is high possibillity that bitwin is scamming people. if u check u will find many people having same problem with bitwin casino. U need to ask casino manager to reply to this complaint.

Hello. Yes, deposit was credited to my players account. But now i have new problem. I cannot launch any game, it shows error - ''file not found''. And when i try to withdraw money it shows 0 on account.

Could you please send me the screenshots showing the problem? Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache or opening the casino site in a different browser?
