Dishonest operator

First time ever I get scammed on first deposit with Dama nv casino.

Deposited less than 31$ via BTC wallet, confirmed many times.

Told 3 different times that nothing is done. After that to wait. After that technical issue. Blablabla.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Was it your first deposit in this casino?

Well you need to do your homework regarding crypto transactions.


Yes I was provided a unique BTC address for my casino account.


They received the funds. I have proof. They have also the same proof since it's accessible to anyone with the hash number.


They just have a new casino joint wrongly configured with some greedy managers and lying to make a living.


I have every proof you need to see. I won't post them here publicly?


Please keep in mind that in 15 years of online gambling, I never had one single issue I couldn't manage to deal with myself. All kinds of stuff. I am no rookie or misinformed player.


They just scam people and fake not receiving the funds.

Thx bitewin to mess it up again.


After 2 days they credited my account. In the wrong currency, without any bonus.


Then I was told to wait again.


Pretty much the most incompetents I have ever witnessed in 15 years online

What?


I deposit 31$ CAD via coins paid. In fact the payment was BTC sent to my BTC address on their site related to CAD funds.


It means that on any decent casino site, once confirmed, I would have been credited with 31$ CAD and would have been able to play on CAD. That's the point.


After 48 hours their clueless support made the manual credit in BTC....


So after all this waste of time, they didn't even bother honoring their first offer or at least manually credit funds in CAD as it was suppose to.


Total ignorant incompetents


Seriously they seemed lost, unprofessional and lazy.
