I requested to be paid out on my $90 of winnings and this casino refuses to pay me. They tell me that they need me to submit my ID and transactions proof. I have sent this to them and then they said they did not get it. I sent it a second time and they are still refusing to pay.


Their emails and previous messages say that I will be paid when they receive the documentation that I have already sent twice.   


Today they now are saying that I must "take a selfie in front of today's newspaper and then sign it and send this"


First of all I haven't bought a newspaper in years (who does anymore) and second I don't even have a cell phone. They keep adding more and more requests so they don't have to pay. I am a 78 yr old lady who is now being cheated out of her winnings!

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly, and I am afraid you will have to go through this process if you want to get your winnings. They are lying! They assured me that if I sent them all the documents they already asked me for they would send me my winnings. After weeks and sending document after document now they are telling me I HAVE TO send them a "newspaper selfie" what legitimate company asks you to go buy a newspaper then sign it and hold it up and take selfies!


The already lied to me and now being harassing by asking me for more and more things in order to get my winnings.

Thank you very much, Joan, for your quick reply. Please understand that it is nothing unusual to be asked for a selfie during the KYC verification process. Consider it just a small obstacle on the way to your winnings and provide it as soon as possible.

You have lied to me now several times and assured me that my winnings would be sent if I sent the documents that I have. You have purposely delayed paying me over and over. You are now lying to try to make it look like you have a legitimate reason for not paying me.


I have the documentation to show that I have sent the documents that you have requested with the promise I would be paid.

I have supplied all the KYC documents I was asked for twice. Your emails to me promised payment upon receipt of these and now you are lying and saying you require more! I am just being honest here as a person who is 78 I never expected to be cheated like this online. I guess it is true there are companies out there just waiting to take advantage of seniors.
