I spend a good amount of money with this site although I have other choices....I made a deposit earlier in the day yesterday I went to my other site where you hff ave to copy and paste their bitcoin address for deposit well for some reason bitspinwin`s bitcoin address was on my clipboard so I accidentally pasted it from my clipboard. When my deposit didn't post I asked a real customer support agent from the other site what happened. They informed me that it wasn't their BTC address. I inquired with bitspin win and they said they would check but it didn't clear the blockchain yet and I was told DC they couldn't help me until it closed. After it did they told me they weren't going to credit my account for $60 and refused a refund. To make matters worse they totally abused me. They shouldn't have accepted the money. They ripped me off! Read my review on trust pilot.

  • Do I understand correctly that instead of one deposit to the casino you made 2?
  • Could you please share a screenshot of your deposits as they appear in your transaction history found in your player profile if available?
  • Could you please share the hash of the transactions made that day to the BitSpinWin Casino?
  • In their responses to you, the casino seems to justify its decision to not credit the amount due to a limit on the usage of the particular wallet. Is this mentioned on the website at all? Could you please post a screenshot of what the casino refers to if possible?
