The player from Brazil had an issue with his second deposit of 18.815006 USDT via a cryptocurrency wallet into his casino account, as the balance had not been updated. Despite his attempts to contact the casino's support team, he had received no response. After he forwarded the payment receipt and relevant communication to us, the casino finally credited his balance after almost a week. However, due to the negative experience, the player had decided not to play at the casino anymore. We had marked the complaint as resolved.

Still no coins on my casino balance.


Talked to support, and guess what ?


For WHOLE WEEKEND they were = OFFLINE (back on monday) warning message on there, and a warning saying TRX transactions (including USDT TRC 20) were suffering delays.




Seriously ?


2 FULL DAYS delay and no ETA of fixing at all ?


Also no support to take care of anything cuz it was '' weekend '' ?


I'm sorry but this casino is going down-hill, on a path of degradation and it's not looking good right now!




I want my USDT balance deposited accordingly or a refund of my $ back to my wallet !

After almost ONE WEEK, the casino have credited my balance!

Finally.....

However very bad experience at this place, which i'll make sure won't be repeated by not playing there anymore.

So the case can be closed.
