Dear Clau303
Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue were unsuccessful. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.
I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
As mentioned previously although we were unable to confirm if Bingo Olé is still licensed. The only thing I can recommend is to contact the Curacao Gaming authority. In Curacao, there are 2 separate license operators, though they are both endorsed by the Curacao government they have separate company registers. You can contact them at complaints@gaminglicences.com , certria@gaminglicences.com, or info@gaming-curacao.com and submit a complaint to them. It's not the best licensing authority but it may have more options and tools to help players. Let me know if and how they replied at michal.k@casino.guru
In the future, when you don't want to go through this kind of experience, I would kindly advise you to take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating. We pride ourselves on having one of the largest casino reviews databases on the market where we fairly review and rate every casino so the players can see what they can expect from each casino and freely choose where to play.
We wish we could be of more help.
Best Regards
Michal
