The player from India has made a mistake while registering an account. Unfortunately, the withdrawal is now pending due to incomplete verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had 8500 in my account my 4000 withdraw successful but when I reinitiated withdraw of remaining 4500 they asked to submit document.
I sent them my document then that said to submit my document in another angle I sent them again but now they are saying they can't accept my document..bcs some detail are match which I filled during registration with I'd carD
I appologies ,I made mistake during filling registration form I entered only 7 digit I'd number but a Indian I'd contain 12 digit . I tried to recorrect it but no option of correction so I made deposit and played game
But know they R saying every detail should match with I'd card but It can't be possible because I made some mistakes
But My name is same ,I can provide my other documents payment proof or anything they want .please help me to get my access to withdraw my fund .please casino guru I will be very thankful to U for this regard
