let me tel you my story regarding betvili.
(DAY/MONTH/YEAR)
at 29/4/2021 I requested a withdraw 300 euro.
After 2-3 days passed and my withdraw was still on pending status,I contacted the chat and they were assuring me that the delay is the standar procedure because it was my first withdraw.
I kept waiting,after 5 days(since my request) I sent them again,and they told me the same thing.
since 04-05-2021 I’m trying to contact them to check what’s going on and nobody answers me,suddenly.I’m trying everyday and I got no answer(neither mail too),I don’t know what’s going on.
After almost 10 days(8-5-2021) I cancelled my withdraw and I re-did it(I thought it was maybe a problem?or I have no idea,I thought it would be better,and I requested again).
i have no idea what is happening with that casino,it’s really weird.
they don’t answer me anywhere(chat,mails).
so I got my second withdraw request on pending status since 8-5-2021.
I’ve got my verification approved since day 1,meaning I’m KYC approved so that’s not the problem of my pending status.
I need help..

they claim that they had technical issues all these days and that’s why there was huge delay.
