The player from Serbia had claimed that, after he had deposited and won, his account verification became problematic. He had provided a utility bill instead of a bank statement as requested by the casino due to his infrequent use of his bank account. However, when the casino had insisted on a bank statement, which he provided but it showed no transactions, the casino had rejected it. He then felt ignored by the casino. After he had submitted the complaint, the player requested to withdraw his complaint to give the casino a few more days to resolve the issue. Consequently, we had rejected the complaint as per the player's request.

ITS A CLEAR AND OBVIOUS SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE


DO NOT DEPOSIT ON THEIR WEBSITE.


I deposited, won some money, they asked for verification. I verified my account, I sent all the information they asked for.


The final piece of information was bank statement covering last 3 months. I told them I don't use my bank account that much, can I provide you utility bill instead. I was told by their support agent that's not a problem and I can provide utility bill instead of bank account information (I didn't deposit, neither did I intend to withdraw to the bank account).


Whenever I did upload my utility bill, they changed their mind and told me I need to send bank statement even though we previously agreed I didn't have to.


So, I went to the bank, got the statement, got all the information that shows my name and shows that it's my account, but they didn't accept it because there were no transactions in the past 3 months.


That is because I dont use my bank account, but I still provided them my bank account statement for past 3 months, even though it shows 0 transactions, it still shows my account number, my account name.


After I explain all that they just ignored me and keep ignoring my emails. I will also post this complaint on other different websites in order to prevent people from getting scammed by these losers again.


Also, none of them speak English.
