However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thanks im still waiting on my withdrawal. Im fully verified. They have all the documents they've requested and have said I'm verified. They've cancelled my withdrawal 5 times now. So hopefully they pay me. Thanks

Have you received any explanation as to why your withdrawal was canceled?

It was slots I was playing. They approved my withdrawal and then returned it back to my account. Spoke to live chat. They said it was approved but due to technical error it was returned by mistake and said I have to wait another 48 hours to be approved again. How can they do this. When my withdrawal was approved in the first place. Thanks

They've approved my withdrawal another 6 times and done the same thing and returned it to my account again. Keep saying its a technical error. How can casinos get away with it. When im fully verified
