I deposited £20 and didn't play at all. I requested the deposit to be reversed but they told me to initiate any withdrawal i must deposit atleast £100 and play through my deposit 1x.

As you can see, for bank transfers, the minimum allowed withdrawal is €100.

Moreover, I have checked the Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found regarding the wagering requirements of the deposited money:

19.All deposits which are not connected to a bonus promotion must be wagered at least one (1) time before the withdrawal can be made to prevent money laundering. At the same time, if any fraud or money laundering is suspected, Betti1.com reserves the right to forfeit all funds on the player's account and close the account without any prior notification.
