I have registered for loss bonus for the week 30th Oct to 05 Nov, and i have incurred 14000 loss on particular week, in this week when i have asked for loss bonus of last week in the beginning casino told am not eligible later when i asked for the reason then again they informed me that am eligible and wait for 24 hours i will receive loss bonus, but when i asked today again they are telling am not eligible. I have taken screenshot of all conversation and it clearly shows how betstar is cheating the people.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you ever receive a similar bonus in the past? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Can you please forward the chat where the casino claimed that you are not eligible for the bonus?

Dear sir am using the account from past many years and many times i have received loss bonus, recently last month also i have received loss bonus. This time they claimed that iam not eligible and when i asked the reason for not eligible then they told am eligible and asked me to wait for 24 hours to receive bonus. Dear nishchai,

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue were unsuccessful. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.

Betstarexchange Casino has several cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We can only recommend you to take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating.
