The casino's customer service attributed the discrepancy to a network fee, which confuses the player as they claim the regular TRX network fee is $1. I deposited an amount of 115$ which `I didn’t receive initially. I contacted customer support, 5 mins later I receive an amount of 108.18$ instead of 115 which really confused me. Then I asked the customer support why there is a deduction in the deposit amount, he tells me this is the network fee. `The transfer was made on TRX network and the usual transfer is 1$ and this is what I told him, for him to come back to me and tell this is a commission rate. Obviously I asked what is a commission rate since its not mentioned anywhere on their website and he comes up with a copy paste google answer about commission rates.
