I had a big win over 24 hours ago for the sum of around $80,000 when I put in the withdrawal of course there were limits. I understood this so I reduce the withdrawal to match the amount I could withdraw which was AU$45,000. it has been pending for over 24 hours Every time I chat with my VIP manager she keeps telling me that it’s being processed. It’s been verified and they’re working on it. This is now been going on since 6 am yesterday morning. Now they’re telling me that they had an issue with their platform which has been fixed and things should now be working again I have been playing this casino for quite awhile with no problems. I find it really sad that when you have a big win they then start stalling on the payment. The money is rightfully one and should be withdrawn. Although yes they do answer you straight away with the chat sessions. All I kept getting told is I have to wait. I still do not understand what indeed I have to wait for all they need to do is press the damn button and do the withdrawal. Their website states that withdrawals are done within 30 minutes or two hours at most and here I am still over 24 hours waiting. Nobody will give me a reason why it’s pending then due to frustration I blew my own other 30,000. All I want is that they do the withdrawal for the 45,000 that sitting there and Stopp giving me all the lies that go around it. I’m frustrated and really angry.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
