The player from Greece had deposited 50 euros and received an equal bonus. After he switched games, his bonus balance had disappeared. The casino staff had claimed that the player had canceled the bonus. We had attempted to gather more information from the player to better understand the situation but received no response. As a result, we couldn't investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

these mongols on chat said i canceled my bonus balance
