The player from Australia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn’t been received yet. We had advised him that withdrawal processing could take up to 14 days and recommended patience. However, the player decided to spend his casino balance due to the prolonged waiting time for cash out. As a result, we had to close the complaint because the player no longer had any winnings to withdraw.

Hello,I've continually had my payment reversed multiple times was told this is due to (Incorrect or missing beneficiary address/City/Postal code)When filling out cash out I'm asked to provide IBAN details which Australian banks don't use.We use BSB and account number

Was told by support chat to combine both of these for the IBAN but that doesn't seem to be working.

Ive emailed support multiple times with no response or reply back.Also told by support chat a few times that a ticket was created to escalate your case to the responsible department and they will contact you via email but haven't heard nothing.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
