The Complaints Team had suggested contacting the payment provider to investigate the issue, as the casino might not have had the ability to intervene in this case. The complaint remained unresolved as the player did not respond to further communication, leading to its rejection.

I sent a sent a deposit from my Ethereum wallet to the Ethereum wallet instructed by Betonred casino. Per the attached screenshot and when looking up the hash, it was successfully completed. This was on the 29th of December.


I have been in contact multiple times with live chat who have told me every day it's been escalated. I've sent emails to support with no response.


At this point I don't know what to do

When I tried choosing depositing via ETH, this is what I saw:

The minimum deposit amount for ETH transactions is 0.01 ETH. Could you kindly specify how much you deposited?

Screenshot above. I have deposited before and even cashed out successfully. The amount of ETH was.0663. There was a 75% reload bonus I was trying to take advantage of. I understand deposit issues can occur but the absolute lack of contact from their support is ridiculous at this point. Plus now it's been a full week.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
