The player claimed he did not use any VPN or IP-masking software to access the casino. He had registered with the casino on April 9 and found out about the casino's terms and conditions, effective from January 1, 2023, which clearly stated that they did not accept players from Germany. However, the player did not respond to further inquiries from our team. Hence, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.
