They dismissed me with some bland excuses 👎👎. So, I continued to advocate for my opinion and asked for a few free spins. The chat was abruptly closed, and I lost interest. When I tried to log in a few hours later, as you can see in the screenshot, I was blocked 😡👎. From that day on, I sent emails every day for 2-3 weeks and asked in the chat how long I would remain blocked for nothing, receiving no proper answers either via chat or email regarding the duration or the reason. They would tell me to contact somebody else for details, which didn’t help. I never received a correct answer on how long I would be blocked and why I was blocked for expressing my opinion and making inquiries. To this day, there's been no change, leaving me feeling completely taken advantage of, with no consideration or receptiveness to criticism from customers. Instead, they just blocked me to shut me up and have peace of mind..😡😡😡👎👎👎.

In my opinion, this whole spectacle convinces me that it’s a scam casino. I’m aware of casinos that are stubborn and rude, but this takes the cake. There are very few but honest and fair casinos that you can talk to, and that are nice and willing to offer some compensation. 👍😏🥳


For me, it’s essential to get a response as to why this happened and whether my account will remain blocked for life? The fact that my money disappears with every deposit, regardless of whether it’s with or without a bonus, is already frustrating enough knowing I will never see it again nor being compensated in any way. But to be constantly deceived and receive the same automated responses through email or chat, as if talking to a computer, is beyond frustrating. It feels like living in uncertainty😏😏.
