Hello everyone, I played in this casino in LTC, successfully started and withdrawn, then I decided to change the method of replenishment to ETH, I won some money, put it on withdrawal, they don’t withdraw it, somewhere in a week they requested verification, it successfully passed in a week and a half. I put it on the withdrawal, they don’t withdraw it again, then they cancel the payment altogether. I put it back on the withdrawal of funds, the withdrawal stopped working altogether and is canceled. Now refer to technical problems. Please help me to solve the problem.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No, I have withdrawal disabled. The support cites endless technical issues, which sounds like crazy. I can send a video confirmation that the funds are returned to the balance when you click on the withdrawal button
