This casino is not serious at all, first of all the Italians can play by registering with just the email, I tested it by paying a lot and I did NOT win over 500 euros, at the withdrawal request they make you wait a week before seeing the money into the account and the slots get stuck constantly. For the withdrawal they do not ask for any additional documents and here comes the fun part, I played without a name by paying more than 6000 euros and at the time of the withdrawal they send you the payment as a reversal on the card as if nothing had happened. Here it borders on illegality. for this reason I request that all the money which amounts to more than 5000 euros be reversed.
Questo casino non è per niente serio, prima di tutto gli italiani possono giocare registrandosi con la sola mail, io l'ho testato versando parecchio e NON ho vinto oltre i 500 euro, alla richiesta di prelievo ti fanno attendere una settimana prima di vedere i soldi sul conto e le slot si bloccano in continuazione. Per il prelievo non chiedono nessun documento aggiuntivo e qui arriva il bello, io ho giocato senza nome versando più di 6000 euro ed al momento del prelievo ti mandano il pagamento come storno sulla carta come se nulla fosse. Qui si sconfina nell'illegalità. per questo richiedo che mi vengano stornati tutti i soldi che ammontano a più di 5000 euro.

Hi, I confirm that the withdrawal was successful, but I had a lot of mistakes with the slots, making me lose a lot of money in the 2 months of activity and when I told them they tried to fix the problem and now it hardly happens anymore. If you cannot do anything because it is not part of the risk cases, I have nothing else to add. To me it does not seem legal to pay the winnings with a reversal, much less see constant blocks on slots and not even that from Italy you can play without vpn anyway ok, thanks all the same.
Se non potete fare nulla perché non rientra nei casi a rischio io non ho altro da aggiungere. A me non sembra legale pagare la vincita con uno storno, ne tanto meno vedere costanti blocchi sulle slot e neppure che dall Italia si possa giocare senza vpn comunque ok, grazie lo stesso.
