The player from Ireland had claimed that he had won but his account was locked and then requested for verification. The winnings had been confiscated and despite having provided the requested information, the player had suffered from unresolved issues. The player had alleged that the casino was delaying the verification process and had reduced his balance. We had asked for more details about the games he had played and the status of his card verification, but the player did not respond. As a result, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

This is fraud website when u win they hang ur game and lock your account and then ask for verification and all your winnings are taken even after all proofs provided they keep torturing us and say its with other team and we are waiting fir update they just find ways to block your funds and make u lose big cheating goes on here such websites must be banned forever

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?

Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format? 

Have you sent the pictures of all your cards that were used for depositing to the casino as requested?

Do I understand correctly that all your winnings were confiscated? Does it mean that your verification failed?

Yes everting is on place kyc is done then they asked for all deposits details i provided them i used one time disposable cards for deposit for that to i provided proofs of statement from bank but they just come back we are waiting for relevant team to reply they did the same earlier in month of nov also when they hanged the system and slowly my balance was brought down and when i reported they blocked account and asked for verification then in sometime unblocked it and started sending messages for offers and now when i won big bet of 1400 euros they suddenly logged me out when i log back in it was blocked and my balance was brought to 76 euro and when i contact they started repeating same we need to verify i provided all and they keep saying it is with other team and they not even allowing to withdraw my left over funds it is totally fraud website must be banned
