Betmaster Mexico fraud with withdrawals!!
Withdrawals do not go through, and the support chat repeats the same thing, that your case has already been sent to the team of specialists and that you should wait for a response, 12 hours go by and you contact them again and they repeat the same thing, 2-3 days and they still have not processed my withdrawals, those support chat agents are just for show.... Ahhh but they get offended if you tell them that they can't solve anything, they don't even have a contact number or any other way for you to receive specialized attention... The supposed team of specialists "does not exist"!!! Now they make excuses that the account is not verified, that it is necessary to send the corresponding documentation, I already sent it, my account is verified, the app confirms that it is verified, the support staff is useless, they only say that I sent the requested documentation, I sent it and they tell me to send it again that the documentation is not valid, but they don't tell you which document does not pass the validation!!

Another important fact!! Betmaster on March 20, 2025 I made a deposit with the astropay app which if the balance in my betmaster account is confirmed,... I made bets and when I accumulated $600.00 Mexican pesos I requested the withdrawal by the same method by which I made the deposit, the withdrawal was processed but never reached my astropay account... It turns out that betmaster registered another astropay account (CLABE) when I deposited that has nothing to do with my astropay account data, that's why the withdrawal never reached my account, on Facebook I found another betmaster Mexico user who also deposited through astropay and his withdrawal amount in betmaster had the same CLABE as my account, I contacted the staff by chat, of the advisors there were more than 20 advisors who all asked the same thing and I gave them the information with proof of the error, they only wash their hands more saying that the error is astropay's! Astropay gave me the necessary information to prove that the error was on the part of Betmaster Mexico, which I provided to the advisors through the chat. I ended up getting annoyed because the advisors kept asking the same thing again. They never returned my money and did not provide me with proof of the amount to which my withdrawal was sent.
