The player from Russia had claimed his account was blocked after allegedly submitting fake documents during the verification process. He had insisted that the documents were real and that the casino was refusing to refund his deposit. After thoroughly reviewing the provided documents and communication between the player and the casino, we had found evidence of document alteration. As this constituted a serious breach of the casino's Terms and Conditions, we concluded that the player's complaint was unjustified and dismissed it accordingly. We had advised the player to adhere strictly to the casino's Terms and Conditions in future interactions.

I registered on this scam site, made 1 bet and was asked for verification, I immediately sent all the photos and my account was blocked for fake documents, although the documents are real! And now they don't even want to refund my deposit! They stole all my money.....

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?

Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?
