Yeah, just to reiterate what is already clear by the rating, this site behaves strangely and I wouldn't make a deposit here. I did play a little but rarely because although I could deposit in CAD dollars the games are all in Euros which isn't great. Recently I attempted to play out a small amount of cashback ($7 CAD) and I am unable to access any games because my account is "rate limited and temporarily banned by the site administrator" which is something I have never even heard of. Chat says it's fine and they just need to control how many times someone accesses their site and to try again later. I've maybe played there for fifteen minutes once a week ago, sooo...nope. Stuff isn't right.
I won large amounts multiple times at Betiro, but my experience was seriously spoiled by their opaque and unfair policies.
On my first big win of €35,000, I was only paid €10,000. Betiro told me I was a "standard tier" player with a €10,000 payout cap per 24 hours. However, this tier was nowhere visible in my account, and I was never warned beforehand.
The same thing happened with a second win of €35,000: they withheld €25,000 again and only paid out part of my winnings.
Only after these two incidents did they upgrade my tier — and this happened only after I contacted support. Even then, the system remained unclear and non-transparent.
The problem is that the tier system is completely hidden, so players have no way of knowing what limits apply. You’re only confronted with payout restrictions after you win, without any warning or clear rules upfront.
I have made many deposits and am a serious player—not someone abusing bonuses or promotions. Yet I was faced with a system that unfairly limits my legitimate winnings.
My advice: be careful with Betiro. Large wins can be partially withheld without any prior notice or transparency.
