Hello i have problem with this casino they dnt withdraw my money. I have deposited there 500 eur what they gladly took. Now i want withdraw 157 eur. Sunday 19 octobe live chat waste of my time half of day i sent all the documents. There was a problem i had norwegian aadress there long time ago 2023 but i dont live there anymore. I moved estonia i sent all the estonian documents and today they said estonia is restricted area. I dont understand i dont get the money now? 😀 now the live chat cant communicate robot is answering what wasnt yesterday😀 i choose that casino becuse guru rating is vetmry high but same time i read reveies they quite bad? Could you please specify when exactly you moved to Estonia? Have you informed the casino about the change in your address immediately, or have you done it only now, when you wanted to withdraw your winnings?

Has your account been fully verified in the past?

Hi i was till august to norway buta now im visiting friend in norway and thaught that i play try some casino. It came out that betiber i have dine account 2023. I deposited there 240 eur all together i think. But win 157 eur then i wanted to wiyhdrae last sunday since have been problem . Account wasnt verified i didt look to. Usually verified when i want withdraw. Saturday i go back to estonia. Now they sent gmail in tuesday that they refund all the deposit money. I dont know is joke or what but it havent come to ky account uet. They said that they refund all the deposit and close account after that permantly. That would vbe very ok for me.. i want to send you this email but i dont find place where i downloaded here with the response?

Just to confirm, when you initially opened your account with this casino, were you residing in Norway?

Have you only recently tried accessing your account from Estonia since returning there last Saturday? If so, were you able to access it from Estonia? When I attempted to check the site using a VPN, I encountered a country block that prevented me from opening the casino’s website.

In the email you posted here, the casino informed you that the refund of your deposit already started. Have there been any new developments?

Hi from saturday i havent get to their website becuse im in estonia. I communicate with them email they said yesterday that they have made withdraw and closed my account. But money still havent arrived to my account but of course it understand it can take time so lets wait two days more.
