I requested a payout of €4,000 on 12/14/2022. Account is fully verified. To date I have not received my money, the alleged VIP manager always says the same thing and that he would inform me about updates. However, there seems to be no update for 14 days. I feel really screwed and like they don't want to pay me the money.
Keep your hands off this casino. I think it will take several more weeks to pay out and I'm really not sure if I will receive the money. I'll get my lawyer involved sooner or later.
Ich habe am 14.12.2022 eine Auszahlung über 4.000€ beantragt. Konto ist vollständig verifiziert. Bis heute hab ich mein Geld nicht bekommen, der angebliche VIP Manager sagt immer das gleiche und dass er mich informieren würde bei Updates. Jedoch scheint es kein Update zu geben seit 14 Tagen. Ich komme mir wirklich verarscht vor und habe das Gefühl, dass sie mir das Geld nicht zahlen möchten.
Lasst alle die Finger von diesem Casino. Ich glaube es wird noch mehrere Wochen dauern mit der Auszahlung und ich bin mir wirklich nicht sicher ob ich das Geld erhalten werde. Früher oder später schalte ich meinen Anwalt ein.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Part of the winnings came from the cashback bonus, but only about a quarter. It's the first payout. Sales conditions were of course met before the application. Account is fully verified
