hello,today i play at casino betfury,deposited 400 usdt,i win 1322usdt,when i try to withdrawal,they withdrawal 400 usdt and block my account due multiaccounting.i tried to speak with support,but all they do is make laugh of me.i can prove that this is my only account,you can request anything from me what i can show to you.At conversation,they blocked my account due multiaccount,but when they found that they have nothing to show me,they started using another rules,but they blocked my account due multiaccount as they said.They can not prove multiaccount,thats why they show another rules.I ask you to influent them to unlock account and pay my money.

Is there any chance that someone from your household or using the same IP address has also created an account at this casino?

Could you please advise if you have passed the KYC verification?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? 

What types of games did you play? Were they slots, live casino games, or did you make bets on sports?

Did you use any VPN or IP-masking software to access the casino website?

my brother could register there,but he lives at another home,we live different lives,so theoretically yes,but they said that blocked me due some technical problems,also why didnt they block me instantly then,if they knew that i ''multiaccounting'' ?They blocked me straight after i had winnings
