The player from Singapore had had their BetFury account blocked immediately after they attempted a withdrawal of funds to Metamask. Representatives had claimed multiple BetFury accounts were detected which led to the ban, a violation the player had been unaware of. Upon our intervention, the player had confirmed that his main BetFury account was then active and unbanned. He had been informed by a BetFury representative that he could only use one account. The player had confirmed his issue was successfully resolved, thus we had closed the complaint as resolved.
