I used my boyfriend’s Betfred account to place deposits which it let me do. My boyfriend then had an email saying they need proof of his identity. I sent his provisional driving licence. They then came back and said they couldn’t accept it. So I sent his birth certificate and his bank statement instead which they requested. They then requested the 3rd party card which was used on the account. So I sent this. They have now closed his account so I cannot claim my deposit back or anything that ive won. Never have I ever come across a betting site where you cannot use someone else’s card.
