The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal a few days ago. It has been pending since. Meanwhile player spent his winnings so we are rejecting this complaint.
Passed KYC a while ago and withdrew smaller amounts with no issues and usually quite quickly.
The website claims that BTC withdrawals are instant.
Made a withdrawal request last night and still nothing by the morning so enquired on Live Chat, was told there had been a lot of winners and it would be processed shortly. It was then rejected with no explanation, went back on to chat and they said they wanted to check my history and again rejected and back onto chat who told me the rejection might have been clicked by accident and he'd add a note to make the next one go through and to just wait.
Tried again and it's been rejected. Nothing at all from them in email, checked spam etc. Tried even two smaller amounts and they have now been rejected too. They are now just ignoring me on chat.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. No bonuses active or been used.
The withdrawals keep getting rejected without reason. They are not responding to me on chat or via email.
They told me on chat yesterday that it wouldn't get rejected again but it has. I even tried withdrawing smaller amounts but they keep rejecting

This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks.
Just as expected they kept rejecting my withdrawals and now the balance that should be in my BTC wallet I have spent. This is exactly what they wanted to happen.
They have now answered chat and said "they had chat technical issues" which they did not because they use ZenDesk and they didn't have any outages and would not tell me why they were rejecting all of my withdrawals.

Spread over a few days and for different amounts and all keep rejecting. If they had any decency they would send me the 0.1btc that was wrongly rejected
