I requested a withdrawal of €1,800 on June 4, 2025, and it has now been over 3 full days with the status still showing pending. Despite multiple contacts with customer support via live chat, I have only received vague promises that the "appropriate team" has been informed and that I should wait. No one has provided a clear timeline or actual resolution.
Support agents repeatedly told me to wait and that my case was escalated, but after 4 days, I still have no money and no proper updates. When I pressed for answers, I was accused of "threatening" them and the chat was abruptly closed.
This is unacceptable for any serious gambling platform. If you are considering using Betflip, be aware that withdrawing your winnings might take an unreasonably long time, and support may not help you properly.

They wont give any payouts. Waiting now 20+days since i first requested withdrawal ,with all the documents that they requested sent by me and approved as my profile shows on their site. Support is lying daily saying "in the next 24hours you will get paid or receive an email regarding your withdraw" or copy pasting pasted answers and most importantly not telling you a god damn thing about your issue. I got compelled to try them based on their good rating on trustpilot which they bought obviously seeing here and even on trustpilot all the negative comments about them scamming and not giving any payouts or answering any emails. My 4digit balance will most likely never get paid out to me so I just inform all you people NOT to deposit and gift them any of our funds.

It happened to me the same way it happened to everybody else. Over the course of 4 months I have deposited over 1.700,00€ on BetFlip.io, exclusively using my Visa. I am currently in the process of chargebacks for these deposits which as of now seem to be successful. If ANYBODY had ANY information about the people behind that site, please let me know. I will contact the authorities in the coming days and I need everything that might help.

As other reviewers have pointed out on both here and casino.guru this website is actually a scam - I'm yet to find a single person who has ever received a withdrawal from this website.
I deposited, requested a withdrawal, had it rejected and was told by live chat to email them - of course, no one ever responded to my email. My username was djh900.
Unfortunately my story is the same as many other reviewers - the site is unlicensed and will not send any withdrawals.
I'm going to do my best to get them shutdown. I've started making contact with all their third party gaming providers (ie. Evolution, Pragmatic etc...) to notify them their software is being used on a website which is a scam. I'm also going to notify Cloudflare and attempt to have theri hosting taken down.
I've been able to obtain some information about the people running this site through various publically available sources, hopefully once I'm done getting this website shut down I can get the authorities involved somehow in their home country.

Do not deposit anything on here !! Guys do not under any circumstances deposit money onto this site. You will NEVER get it out. I made a stupid mistake and deposited money on here before reading reviews and boy was that ever a mistake. I put on 0.01 btc and managed to complete the crazy rollover requirements and got my bankroll up to around 0.2. They just reject withdrawals not sharing any information, I verified myself (users have said their card details were leaked after giving it to them) it doesn’t matter if you verify or not, you will never get you’re money so do not ever provide these details. The site is a legit scam. They haven’t paid out a single person and the constant excuses they make ( our payment system is overloaded, try another day) I heard that one 3 times. Dont play here ever. Almost sure, that you lost your money, because when you deposit, you automatically get bonus, which you have to rollover 35x before withdrawal. You cant cancel it, always find out some kind of reason (not high enough deposit, you have already started to play with bonus - which not true you just make a bet with your original deposit etc). If you want to withdraw it will be rejected, and even if you make through the 35x rollover they will find a reason to not pay you out (bonus violation because you had a single bet or other bs). Stucked in 400 EUR. Never get your money, dont play here.
