So i deposited on this site months ago, used a bonus for extra balance on my deposit, i finished the bonus and was told by support that all i had to do to withdraw was to place a bet with all my balance on odds over 2.0. I did this, i also sent them my ID verification when asked and they said this was ok. But now whenever i request to withdraw they reject the withdrawal. They don't respond to any emails or support messages, if i change to a new browser they will answer me until they ask for my username then they will just stop responding. The balance on my account was 13.39 LTC which they have changed to 1400 EUR, even though 13.39 LTC is worth over 3000 EUR.

Thank you very much, Daniel, for your email. Since you have confirmed that the issue is purely related to sports betting, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you.

I’m truly sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. As I mentioned earlier, since we don’t have a branch dealing with sports betting yet and enough insight to take on this kind of dispute or judge it appropriately, we are forced to reject your complaint at the end. I really wish I were of more help.
