No payment at all after a week.No live chat,just bots.They reversed my withdraw and returned money in my balance without a specific reason.they keep lying everyday.my withdraw is still pending.They pending times has overpassed the 72 hours they claim.my withdraw is through neteller.No trust here.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello.My account is verified since 26/11.i used first deposit bonus and it was fully wagered.So money is at real balance and bonus is clear.i spoke with casino yesterday,and the answer at my question about payout is that it is processed to the relevant department.Live chat answers once every 8 times i call for assistance...usually they have bots...

These problems are being fixed, and you will be the first one to be aware".....that was the reply i had...14 days have already passed since 25/11....they are tragic..and they lie...everyday..

After 16 days of pending status,casino cancelled the withdraw.i deposited via neteller and they can not pay me in neteller,neither mifinity,jeton or bank wire.the casino send me back money in my real balance, although 3 days ago they have sent me 2 emails that my withdraw was processed.They have no idea on what they do and it is totally a non trust casino.filefilefile

The casino finally paid. From 29-11,after 2 no-reason cancellations, after at least 10 hours chat conversation(half of the times was a bot🙂),after 6 fake emails that my withdraw was processed and then it was cancelled,after i changed my withdraw method cause they couldnt pay me the way i deposited (neteller).i will not change a single word about my opinion about betcoco casino. No trust and the happiness of a withdraw became a nightmare. Thank you casino guru for all the assistance.
