The player from Croatia has requested two withdrawals 10 days prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I made several deposits to Betcoco, placed several sports betting bets, fully verified my account and then after some time made a withdrawal request using the same crypto method I used to deposit.
It's now been more than s week even though they say it takes 72 hrs to process a withdrawal. The only response I get from them is that they have some delays and that it's been forwarded, etc, etc.
Is there anything that can be done from your side to help me? I will send you any docs and info you ask.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawals approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

I will wait for a few more days, no problem. I hope they pay me my money, but I've read some negative reviews about them so I wanted to raise this complain with you.

Just to give an update...
After I submitted a complain here and at one other address and informed betcoco about that, their "vip service" contacted me and yesterday my second withdrawal request was paid out.
I still have some money on my account with them and I hope there will be no similar problems when I decide to withdraw it.
