hope u can help my complaint.


so me and my wife decided to withdraw our funds last november 10(we are both verified) she received hers while to my side i didnt received anything. we love play slots and sports or esports betting.


i just message the betboom admin but they give me answers like this According to rules 9.2, 9.8, 11.3, it may take more than 24 hours for the application to be processed if additional verification by the provider is required. Please read the above mentioned rules

.180 days for 20 dollars win? why the admin is getting mad? if they are also on my side for sure they will do the same for asking the same questions. they are delaying the payments, all i can say is why they are holding so much my money? this is very stressful to deal with it since i deposit 80 dollars and win 20. 180 days? all i want is to have my money. upon reading here some comments u give 14 days to have a proper complaint, i just finish my work so i try to post here maybe u can help me
