Their website says the mininum amount for the welcome bonus, I did not get the bonus after my deposit and their support kept saying I did not deposit enough. Even after I drew arross on the section.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Was this your first ever deposit in the casino? Is there any proof of your deposited amount - deposit history either from the casino or the payment provider?

Yes, I had attached it on the complain but I think it got error.


I found the website yesterday, so that was the first day I accessed it.

I had already validated my email and phone, KYC was in progress.

And here is the receipt from my deposit.



In the end they credited me the bonus, but I am still very unsatisfied and won't use it anymore and also won't recommend it for nobody.


I have already has similar problems but every other support team was better than this time. I might had been talking to a robot - I really hope I was - but it was CLEAR that the website said one thing, I followed all the rules and did not get the bonus. The error was not on me! Was on the company!! And even though I got the same answer time after time... Here are some examples (they are in portuguese, sorry)



So I had to spend almost 2 hours in order to receive something that was obvious. Trying to convince people that were supposed to help that I was right... feeling like I was committing some crime or trying to scam them for like, 10 EUR??? What is that!


It was the first time I felt offended by a casino support team and I hope it never happens again.

I thought their bonus was really worth and that's why I joined the casino... my plan was to keep using there, their full welcome package, + I thought it seemed very professional.... but.. "beauty is only skin deep"

Such issues may occur anytime at any casino but as long as the casino credited the deposit, they did nothing wrong basically. We will be now closing the complaint for the above mentioned reason that your bonus was received.
