Very difficult communication with casino. Account verification took months and I can’t get use of VIP advantages. Deposit bonuses are kinda fine but there are some unrealistic bonuses with impossible wagering requirements. Like I have to wager more than 100k BRL to be able to win 50 BRL. Each bet will use 2% of the real money what would be around 2k *LOST* to get 50.

The casino is ok, bonus are clear and you have a limit to buy bonus with bonus credit. Portuguese support works fast. But the verification process is slow. I've been trying to withdraw for days and the answer is always "you must wait".

Site worked well. Account verification process is a bit slow and confuse but asking support to validate the documents was easy and fast. My remark is that I have a pending withdrawal process that was supposed to be immediate and could not get answers of how long it would take.
