I had a bonus I had to wager which I did . Assuming I followed bonus limits ect. I was able to wager the bonus wins. For a long time noonw had came to me borw said I had breached anything untill I had won a significant amount put withdrawals in them suddenly whilst playing had 300+ balance it just disappeared. iI checked with drawal and 700 and 200 withdrawal was rejected but didn't return to my account. I wasn't stopped earlier nor was a ever told I may have had a error of some sort I've use bonus bets to bet exactly way I did but this time I actually won other times nothing was said because I was losing money which is snake like I Should be told if there is an error in my betting regardless of im winning or losing . I was robbed bY a hinch of ghost and people who have my which j know will commit fraud since I'll be making this complain I usually wouldn't but they put me in such a position that made me severely unstable and they simply laughed at me I've been trying to contemplate whether to take it to the extreme in order to show them how it's effected me but the don't seem to care which is why in more eager to do something dramatic

Hi I have actually it ended up so volatile to the point I couldn't control what I was doing or.saying ove never ever been robbed for something like that with the other person simply acting like it's nothing literally over 1300+ disappeared no. FREEZE Of account temporarily as soon as possible to discuss what had happened and a possible solution. Just straight up take the amount they deemed Fair and not a Specific Calculated amount taking all things into consideration. TOpur it worse the VIP manger bluntly said I'm a #poor player there fire they should take more of I were rich then they might've considered lwttting me keep it all ? HUH wat. How's that work , take from poor five to rich.Poinz is yes we definitely spoke me mainly for hours and house

In one of the emails you sent me, you mentioned that you allegedly broke the maximum bet rule and made higher bets with an active bonus than allowed by the terms and conditions.
