To this point there isnt a disputed amount. The problrm is i cant get answers on what my actual account balance is. It starts and ends with the bonus rules/restrictions that appear very unfair. I believe i have met the strict obligations however, determining that through the customer support is very frustrating. I have bets i have made that i took pictures of the betslip and yet they dont appear in either my pending or settled bets. When i initially played in the slot section, the payouts/bonuses seemed very hard to come by based on my experience with other sites. Once my bonus situation is resolved i will not deposit into this sportsbook again unless someone from the site reaches out to me via telephone to explain the process thoroughly. A bonus is supposed to be an offer of appreciation for choosing to play with that particular sportsbook over the hundreds ofnother options. I feel that Bet99 bonus offers are more of a bait and switch, where they offer the bonus but ask you to bet 5x your deposit before you see any return. This doesnt seem like they appreciate my business very much.
