used to be a decent site but recently they made some changes after some big losses i presume
the verification system is horrible...they say that their verification system is automated and they can't use human eyes to look at the documents you sent via e-mail loll (I've tried 22 times over a period of 3 months )so when their automated system doesn't work which can happen depending on your ability to win or lose bets in casino and sportsbook...if you can lose a lot your documents is likely to be verify otherwise they won't even try like they found a breach to exploit to retain an absorb player money using a broken automated verification system...it works when they want , why even bother with the perspective of losing money lol just accept players that can lose money

Absolutely horrible site. I had the fortune of winning a few sports wagers over a couple of months and out of the blue they limit my sports wagers to a ridiculously low amount. Customer service is horrible and completely useless. They couldn't give me any info of why or when this was done, but nothing in my account had changed. You have to assume that they were tired of paying out and now limited my wagers. I can guarantee that if I was losing there would be no limits placed. Avoid this site at all costs. They have ways to make sure that there is a cap of what you can win but no cap of how much you can lose. There are many other sites that won't turn to these types of tactics and actually want you as a player. Avoid at all costs

This site should be avoided. It will never win.Bonus rounds are only your money back and that doesnt last long. Ive never seen worst gameplay on any site. You want a chance at winning, then dont bother with this site. I would never recommend.

The player ''JOELNBERG'' complained about being unable to verify his account in order to make a withdrawal. He said he'd unsuccessfully tried to undergo the verification, but each time, either their confirmation page didn' work "This action is not supported for this application", or the photos of his driver's license and selfie were not clear enough for the casino. He claimed that the customer support wasn't helpful and that his account was still not verified. There was no reaction from the casino to this complaint.
