Hey team,


It's been a long time since I made the withdrawal request but their finance team is not reviewing the withdrawal. Till now it is still pending. 


And no one is giving any satisfies response even on live chat support. On the contrary, I am being told to contact myself through email on this support@bet24-7.online . But there is no response even on email. I am very upset & frustrated totally.


Their live chat sports team also said that we also cannot contact the finance team, they work like an independent department. And there is no time frame for this either.


But, They have clearly written that withdrawal will be processed in crypto within 48 hours. But nothing is as he has written.



I am being harassed a lot.



I request them to please send my withdrawal.
