Please keep in mind that one of the basic rules when playing at an online casino is that you may open an account in your own name only and use payment methods belonging solely to you. As can be found in Bet O Bet's Terms and Conditions:
4. If using credit or debit cards, you must make sure that your Account name is identical to the card holder name; otherwise you risk suspension of your own personal Account.
9. Your Account must be registered on your own using your correct name and personal details and it shall only be issued once by you and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), cell phone number, e-mail address or any environment where computers are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries, etc.), computer (or other access device), and/or account in respect of the services. Any other accounts which you open with us or which are beneficially owned by you in relation to the services will be considered as "Duplicate Accounts" (Also known as "Multi Account"). We may close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so).
Each person is allowed to have only one account. Since you and your friend used the account together, I am afraid you broke the casino's rules. In this case, we are unable to help you obtain your winnings. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with, otherwise, this complaint will be closed.
