I have been playing for a month there. No verification requested since they are a crypto site. No Bonus taken, it was my money. Also no withdrawal in the past, this is the first one.
Last time I spoke to them was yesterday when asking about my withdrawal. They abruptly closed the chat, and immediately also closed the account. My chat option was not available anymore. I tried to talk to them on another device and they closed the chat when I asked them why this behavior and told them who I was... I also sent them an email and they have not replied.
IT seems to me they are just a small site that can't pay or do not want to.
