The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. We ended up closing the complaint as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply.
Hello, everyone. I've been waiting for my payout of €800 since May 26th, 2022. The account has been verified for ages and the payout method has long been verified and has been used several times. The support chat has been contacted at least 5 times, they only tell me that the payments team will be contacted, but nothing happens. As of last week I was informed that I will receive the money for sure today (Tuesday). The payout is still "pending" and I can't contact the support chat anymore (maybe I got banned for that?).

Der Account wurde seit Ewigkeiten verifiziert und auch die Auszahlungsmethode ist längst verifiziert und wurde schon öfters benutzt. Der Support Chat wurde mindestens 5 Mal kontaktiert, man wird immer nur vertröstet, dass das Zahlungsverkehrsteam kontaktiert wird, aber es passiert nichts. Letzter Stand war letzte Woche, dass mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich das Geld heute (Dienstag) sicher erhalten werden. Die Auszahlung ist immer noch auf "pending" und ich kann den support chat nicht mehr kontaktieren (vielleicht wurde ich dafür gesperrt?).

If your account has been verified about a year ago, it might be possible that you need to verify again a few documents. The casino usually do these checks 1-2x per year, sometimes even more often depending on the player's action as using a new method i.e. Did they contact you with anything like this, did they request any documentation?

No, I was not asked to submit any documents. You can see for yourself from the rating that the casino is simply extremely bad. So can you please just bring the casino into the conversation? Then they pay... it's always the same.

nein ich wurde nicht aufgefordert Unterlagen einzureichen. Sie sehen doch selber anhand der Bewertung, dass das Casino einfach ultra schlecht ist. Können Sie also bitte einfach das Casino in die Konversation holen? Dann zahlen sie schon... ist doch immer das gleiche.
