Dear Casino Guru employees,

im sorry for bothering you again i had high hopes this time would be different.

A few weeks back I submitted a complaint against this Casino (Beem) and after your help successfully got my withdrawal.


Same thing happened now again (in addition to some other weird stuff which I talked about here in the discuss section for Beem Casino).


Made two withdrawal requests both on 07.04.2022 with a total amount of 650€ and it's still in progress. Support staff gives me the usual excuses.

It seems the only way to get my money is with the help of you guys.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for? Are withdrawals still pending in your account or they have been processed already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost a month is really a long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Thank you for taking the time helping me with this.


I've opted for bank transfer for my withdrawal requests and they are both still pending (issued the same day).

Both came from a bonus, which I wagered and support told me the right amount of what I can withdraw.

We would like to ask Beem Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have a negative impact on the casino's rating.
