My Bc game User ID: 3****889, I made a withdrawal on 13 June. The status of the withdrawal is showing success but the funds weren't credited in my bank account. I contacted there customer support but they provide a selfmade transaction slip which I showed my bank officials , they is no such transaction with that UTR. This is the withdrawal

I contacted my bank 6 times , they said there is no such transaction with that UTR provided by the bc casino and this is not my first withdrawal, I have made many withdrawals in the same bank.My bank official told me these are selfmade UTRs which doesn't represent any transaction.Below is the transaction slip provided by the bc casino
