Hello

I've deposited 660 USDT to BC.game at 01:29 am (GMT+1).

And I waggered more than deposited amount and all balance became available.

I tried to withdraw but it was failed after 3-4 mins pending.

And it throws "Your crypto withdraw and tip permission have been suspended. If you have any questions, please contact us." when try to withdraw.

So I contacted with live support and they said that it's required me KYC verification.

My account level is 17 and I withdrawed lots before.

I'd like you to solve my issue ASAP.
