Dear BC Game Support Team,


I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered with my recent deposit attempt.


On [01/08/2023], I made a deposit request in the amount of [Amount 4900₹ INR ] to my BC Game account using [Payment Method UPI_Y]. However, I received a notification stating that my deposit request was rejected. To my surprise, the funds were successfully debited from my bank account, and when I reached out to my bank, they confirmed that the beneficiary (BC Game) received the money.


I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and rectify the situation by crediting the deposited amount to my BC Game account. I have attached proof of the successful transaction from my bank for your reference.


I understand that technical issues can occur, and I appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this matter. Please keep me updated on the progress of the investigation and the resolution.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, which you already did.

Locating a transaction that wasn't credited to your casino account is a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
