I can't access my account on BC Game anymore, the cassino says I have "security issues" and that I have to verify my account (that was already verified since I registered on the cassino). I have completed a form where they ask even my IP number and since that (4 days ago), they do not give me any updates. I just want to withdraw my money, but my account and my money are being made hostage. I've used a lot of cassinos, this is the first time where something like that happens to my account. I just want to solve this issue as quick as possible.

  1. I've used the cassino for more or less one month, as a recommendation of a friend of mine.
  2. They didn't. They haven't even informed me what happened, I discovered it by trying to log in on the cassino and as I tried to log in, I couldn't enter my account and a message saying I needed to verify my account appeared on the screen. I am the one who went to the support to ask them what happened.

An update. They said my account had suspicious activity and said I could only withdraw what I deposited. They couldn't prove anything so they made this excuse. I've never done anything illegal. This house is scam. Do not use it. They made me gave up my money and they still do not let me withdraw. I had to use the cassino until I lost all my money. Not only that. Every time I emailed then, they made me lose more money than they asked for. There's proof in this emails. Don't even know how could they be well regarded here in cassino guru. Never a casino made me do anything like that.

Scam house. See the rest of the emails. I did everything they asked for. And then they lowered the amount of money I could withdraw, if that isn't a scam casino, then I don't even know what it is. I do not recommend this casino to anyone.
